Glowline Zen (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is published by Critical Entity Ltd (trading as Omegatrix Studios), registered in Scotland, company number SC837075, 48 Clyde Offices, West George Street, Glasgow G2 1BP, United Kingdom. This policy explains what information the app handles and why.
None. The app makes no network requests of its own and contains no analytics, tracking or crash-reporting software.
The app saves the following locally so your game continues where you left it. This data never leaves your device, is not readable by us, and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its storage.
| What | Why |
|---|---|
| Levels completed and the highest level unlocked | To continue your campaign |
| Fastest completion times (only if Time Trial is enabled) | To show a personal best |
| Daily Zen streak and Zen Flow boards cleared | To count your streak and run |
| Sound, music, vibration, timer, language and board-theme preferences | To remember your settings |
| Purchase entitlements and unlocked music tracks | To restore what you have bought or unlocked |
| Counters that pace ads and the rating prompt | To avoid showing them too often |
None of the above identifies you. There is no name, email address, contact list, photo, precise location, or device identifier among it.
The free version of the app shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. To do this, Google may collect and process:
Google uses this to serve and measure ads and, where permitted, to personalise them. Google acts as an independent controller of this data. Their handling of it is described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
You can reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation entirely, in Settings › Privacy › Ads on your Android device.
If you buy the in-app pack that removes ads, the app stops requesting interstitial ads altogether.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment details. Google provides the app only with confirmation that a purchase exists, which the app records on your device as a simple yes/no entitlement. Google’s handling of purchase data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are shown a consent form before personalised ads are served, in line with Google’s EU User Consent Policy. You may choose non-personalised ads, and you can change your choice at any time from the app’s settings. Non-personalised ads still use limited data such as approximate location and device type to serve and cap the ad, but are not based on a profile of your interests.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect any information from them. If you believe a child has provided information through the app, contact us at the address below and we will act on it.
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to export, correct or erase on request. To remove everything the app stores, uninstall it or clear its storage from Android Settings.
For data held by Google as a result of advertising, exercise your rights directly with Google using the links above. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, or the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; the ad-personalisation controls described above are the mechanism for this.
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, note it in the app’s release notes.
